Keep ERISA Strong- Legislators Need to Know Where Labor Stands

Every PHC member plan benefits from ERISA, the federal law that governs the administration of private sector group health plans consistently across all 50 states.

The PHC and other coalitions are lobbying against state attacks on ERISA. "As we in teh labor community know, there is strength in numbers. We need our member plans to make your voice heard in state capitals. Legislators listen to their constituents' voices." said the PHC Executive Director Bonnie Payson

Mind Springs Health, a 50-year-old organization, is the Western Slope’s largest behavioral health organization, covering more than 23,000 square miles of territory across 10 Colorado counties. In addition to 12 outpatient behavioral health offices, it operates West Springs Hospital, the only psychiatric inpatient facility between Denver and Salt Lake City. Its Women’s Resource Center and Circle Program treat substance abuse.
