The Pacific Health Coalition offers a number of program options, all designed to help member health plans save money. The Surgery Benefit Program through Transcarent (Bridge Health) saves health plans money by bundling costs and pre-negotiating fixed case rates for high quality, low-cost non-urgent surgical care.
