The Pacific Health Coalition’s mission is to ensure that workers and their families have access to value- and quality-based health care benefits and services.

• Serving the needs of the Pacific Health Coalition member plans and their plan participants
• Promoting the concept of a health care coalition
• Encouraging organizations to work together to maximize their program and savings opportunities
• Providing information to plan participants, to help them make better health care decisions
• Serving as a statewide and regional voice, speaking out on behalf of our members on health care concerns and issues
• Adhering to the principles of high ethics, integrity and equity
