The Pacific Health Coalition offers a convenient, cost-effective alternative to doctor office visits for Alaska member health plan participants at the Coalition Health Centers in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Mat-S0 Alaska.

The Anchorage CHC is located at 701 East Tudor Road, Ste 120 Anchorage, AK 99508.

The Fairbanks CHC is located in the Riverview Business Park, near the Parks Highway and Geist Road Intersection at 570 Riverstone Way, Unit 1.

The Mat-Su CHC is located in the North Fork Professional Building at 1700 East Bogard Road, Bldg A, Ste 103, Wasilla, AK 99654

All locations provide primary care, preventive care, chronic and acute illness prevention and management and urgent care exclusively to participating member health plan participants. Additional on-site services include prescription dispensary, x-ray, laboratory and EKG services.
